An American tourist fell in the bathroom. Medical staff from Tainan Sin Lau Hospital went to the hotel to change the dressing on the patient's wound.

On February 28, 2021, our hospital staff received a message from the duty manager of Silks Hotel, informing us that a Chinese American guest had fallen and injured his head in the hotel bathroom the previous day. He required stitches at the hospital. Due to the need for a wound dressing change after his doctor's visit, he expressed concerns about his level of consciousness and requested appropriate assistance. After assessing the patient's situation and needs, Tainan Sin Lau Hospital promptly dispatched Vice President Tang Xiuzhi and Supervisor Xie Yiling from the Health Management Center, along with the responsible doctors and nurses, to the scene to address the related matters.

After confirming the patient's consciousness and assessing the brain injury, the dressing change was successfully completed.
